PERSONAL STATEMENT

MISSION: Helping You Navigate Life’s Unscripted Chapters with Clarity and Confidence

Have you ever found yourself standing at an unexpected crossroads, wondering how you got here? Maybe your career isn’t what you envisioned, or life threw a curveball that left you questioning everything. Perhaps you’ve always been the one who had it all together—the ambitious, high-achieving, Type A personality—until the pressure became too much to bear. Or maybe, beneath the surface of your success, there’s a lingering weight from the past—early experiences that shaped you in ways you’re still unraveling today.

Change, especially the kind we don’t see coming, can feel disorienting. But what if it’s also the beginning of something transformative? Just like a caterpillar, you may feel stuck, uncertain, or even lost in the discomfort of transition. But what if this stage isn’t an end, but a metamorphosis? Growth often looks like struggle before it takes flight, and I’m here to guide you through that process.

Using a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (focusing on skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness), and Recovery Oriented Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-R) rooted in Positive Psychology principles, I create a space where you can process, recalibrate, and step into the life that feels authentically yours. Therapy isn’t about forcing change—it’s about discovering the strength you already have to emerge from challenge into possibility.

Are you ready to explore what life looks like on the other side of transition? You don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s begin your transformation together.
