PERSONAL STATEMENT
Do you struggle with communicating your needs to others? Do you wonder if life could be better? Now more than ever, people are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and uncertain about how they are supposed to work through losses, find their place in life, and manage their relationships and lives. Pushing away your needs can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. I believe that it shouldn't be so hard to live a better life.
I have experience working with couples on issues such as infidelity, communication, conflict management, and premarital counseling. I also have experience in supporting individuals and their family members who are struggling with life transitions, mood disorders, self-esteem, grief/loss, and cancer/chronic illness.
Helping people live a better life is my passion. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and experiences. In this safe, welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgemental space, my goal is to guide you with rewriting your story so you can live the life you have always dreamed of.
