PERSONAL STATEMENT
Take your time. We don’t have to explore it all at once.
That’s usually the first thing I say to a new client, because most people who find their way to therapy have been holding things together for a long time. They’re smart, motivated, and ready to do the work. They just need someone to slow down with them first.
I work with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, grief, family conflict, chronic illness, or the quiet exhaustion of growing up between two cultures. Many of them have never had a space where they felt truly heard. That’s what I try to create, a place where you can show up as you are, not as you think you should be.
Together we explore what’s keeping you stuck, build practical tools you can actually use, and work toward feeling more like yourself again. I bring warmth, honesty, and genuine curiosity to every session. And if a traditional therapy room feels like too much right now, I also offer walk and talk sessions outside near our office, because sometimes it’s easier to open up when you’re moving.
Therapy with me isn’t about being fixed. It’s about finally feeling heard.
If that’s what you’ve been looking for, I’d love to connect.
